Every permit.
Every inspection.
Every incident.
One system.
KaveHS connects risk assessment, permit to work, inspections, incident investigation and corrective actions, so nothing is lost between spreadsheets, paper and messages.
Where safety records go missing
Scattered records
Permits, inspections and incident reports sit in spreadsheets, paper forms and messaging apps, each kept by a different person.
Missed connections
A failed inspection, an expired medical opinion and an open permit are rarely seen together, so the link between them is found after an incident.
Slow, uncertain audits
Evidence takes days to collect, and it is hard to show who approved what, and when.
What KaveHS covers
Connected modules for the full cycle of health and safety work on an industrial site.
Risk assessment
Hazard identification and risk ratings, with controls that feed PPE and training requirements.
Permit to work
Permits with a simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) matrix, and checks on training, PPE and medical fitness before issue.
Inspections and audits
Structured inspections, leadership walks and internal audit programmes, with printable reports.
Incident investigation
Incident records, investigation teams and root cause analysis, with actions tracked to closure.
Non-conformities and actions
One central register. Findings from every module open corrective actions with an owner and a due date.
Contractor management
Prequalification, contracts, worker induction and contractor inspections in one record.
Training and competence
Training catalogue, attendance records and requirements set by job position.
Occupational health
Medical examination schedules and fitness opinions, with access restricted by role.
Emergency response
Scenarios, drills, response teams and emergency equipment inspection.
Records that link to each other
1 Assess
Risks and required controls are recorded once and reused across the system.
2 Authorise
Permits check people, PPE and conflicting work before they are issued.
3 Verify
Inspections and audits test those controls in the field.
4 Correct
Findings become tracked actions that feed management review.
Built for heavy industry
Designed for deployment in Iran, Oman, the UAE and the United Kingdom.
Standards
The system is designed around ISO 45001 and draws on UK HSE guidance, including HSG65 on managing for health and safety, HSG159 on managing contractors, HSG245 on investigating incidents and HSG253 on safe isolation. Legal requirements are kept per country.
Access and security
Role-based access with five role levels, audit logging of sign-in activity, and restricted access to personal and medical data. Each module checks the role of the user on the server, not only in the screen.
